About EmoCare
 

EmoCare is a wellness, reminder, emotional check-in, caregiver-support, and daily care organization app. It helps users organize daily routines and support information in one place.

EmoCare may include features such as medication reminders, appointments, tasks, exercises, mood check-ins, journal notes, health summaries, doctor report preparation, caregiver and family support tools, and SOS/emergency contact support tools.

EmoCare is designed to support organization, reminders, wellness tracking, and caregiver awareness. It is not designed to replace professional medical care, emergency services, or personal responsibility.

Users should use EmoCare as a support tool, not as their only source of medical, emergency, or caregiving support.
 

Eligibility

By using EmoCare, you confirm that you are old enough to use the app under the laws that apply to you. EmoCare is intended for adult users and is not designed for children under the age of 13.

By using EmoCare, you agree to:

EmoCare does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, cure, or disease prevention. EmoCare is not a medical device and should not be used as a replacement for doctors, nurses, pharmacists, caregivers, therapists, emergency responders, or professional healthcare providers.

Always speak with a qualified healthcare professional before making medical decisions, changing medication, changing treatment, or relying on any health-related information.
 

Medication Reminder Disclaimer

Medication reminder features are organization tools only. EmoCare cannot guarantee that reminders will always trigger, appear, sound, or be seen by the user.

Reminders may be affected by phone settings, battery settings, notification permissions, device limitations, operating system restrictions, internet issues, app permissions, or user settings.

Users are responsible for taking medication correctly and confirming all medication instructions with qualified healthcare professionals.
 

AI Disclaimer

EmoCare may include AI-powered support or assistant features. AI responses are provided for general wellness, organization, and support purposes only.

AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for a user’s personal situation. AI should not be used for medical decisions, diagnosis, treatment, medication changes, emergencies, legal decisions, or professional advice.

Users should review AI responses carefully and contact qualified professionals when needed.
 

Emergency and SOS Disclaimer

EmoCare is not an emergency service. SOS, caregiver alerts, and emergency contact features are support tools only.

EmoCare cannot guarantee message delivery, caregiver response, emergency rescue, medical help, or immediate assistance.

In a real emergency, users must call their local emergency services immediately.
 

Caregiver and Family Support Disclaimer

Caregiver, family, and monitoring features are designed to support communication and awareness. They do not guarantee that a caregiver, family member, or emergency contact will receive, read, understand, or respond to any message or alert.

Users and caregivers are responsible for creating their own safety plans, emergency plans, and communication arrangements outside the app.
 

Account Security

Some EmoCare features may require an account. Users are responsible for keeping their account login details secure.

EmoCare may include subscription or premium feature options. If paid features are introduced or enabled, pricing and payment details will be shown before purchase.

Payments made through app stores, payment processors, or third-party platforms may also be subject to their own terms, refund policies, and billing rules.
 

App and Website Availability

We aim to keep EmoCare working properly, but we do not guarantee that the app or website will always be available, error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

Features may be updated, changed, paused, limited, or removed as EmoCare improves.

Prohibited Use

Users must not misuse EmoCare.

You agree not to:

• Use EmoCare for illegal, harmful, or abusive activities

• Try to damage, disrupt, or hack the app or website

• Enter false, harmful, or misleading information

The EmoCare name, website, app design, content, branding, text, graphics, and features belong to EmoCare or its creator unless otherwise stated.

Users may not copy, reproduce, sell, or misuse EmoCare materials without permission.
 

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, EmoCare is not responsible for damages, losses, missed reminders, health outcomes, emergency outcomes, caregiver non-response, data loss, device issues, app errors, or decisions made based on app content.

Users agree to use EmoCare as a support tool and understand its limitations.
